TESDA aims to prepare students for the demands of the workforce through skills training. Over time, the demands of the work industry has been changing and the skills of the students should be at par with it. Thus, teachers, facilitators, and trainers like us should also know how to level up with these demanded skills in order for us to share it with our future students. So, for these sessions, I am looking forward to acquire knowledge and foresight of the expectations of the industries and gain/develop new skills, attitude, and strategies that I can apply with my own training class, and produce competent and world-class skilled individuals.

I would like to discover the relevance of 21st century skills and its effect to the employability rate of our trainees. Also I would want to know which 21st century skill is universally relevant to all the competencies for future employment.
