My Job in College

While attending the University of Arkansas and majoring in Elementary Education, I also worked at a church nursery on Sundays and Wednesdays. I would look forward to going in to work on those days just to see the kids. I would also do a lesson with them where I read a story from the bible. This helped me learn how to engage the kids and get them to understand on a lower level. The picture above is some of the kids that came into the nursery frequently.

I was born in Orlando, Florida where I lived for three years. I then moved to Houston, Texas for 6 years. After that we were then relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas. Lastly, I moved to Cleveland Ohio. I played highschool and club volleyball for all 4 years. The picture above is me and 5 other girls for our senior season. One thing I like to do in my free time is read, mainly mystery books. I also enjoy being outside when its not too cold.
