The Aztec's culture has impacted Mexican heritage today because they still modify their environment to meet their needs by using the farming technique on water, chinampas, created by the Aztecs in order to grow many of their crops.</sup></strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><sup>A huge milestone in Mexican culture is the celebration of a girls transition into womanhood at the age of 15. This important event is celebrated by having a large party called a Quinceanera where many family members and friends are invited to share in this exciting moment. Mexicans are Christian so they also celebrate Christmas on December 25, just like many Americans. Another traditional holiday they have is the day of the dead or Dia de Los Muertos, in which they celebrate life while they honor their loved ancestors.</sup></strong></div>]]></description>
