Alphabet Pronunciation Practice
DWWelcome Level A1 course

Very well structured lesson offered by  Deutsche Welle. I've practiced pronunciation of letters, Umlaute and diphthongs through lesson 1 by listening how it's pronounced in a sentence and repeat after. Goodbye, Lenin!(2003)

A 2003 tragicomedy German film set in East Berlin. Through the film, I've learned the history of Germany (German reunification and the GDR) and the society. I've put on English subtitles and also German subtitles while watching the film to practise listening how words are pronounced and what they meant.

Number Practice

There are a few number practice games. For each game you can hear the pronunciation of the numbers and also test your mathematical skills by adding two numbers and choose the correct number in German. By doing the practice, I've become more confident in numbers.
