Suggestion:
Plant more vegetation on these green open spaces. Suggestion:The school should plant more plant and trees ( that is already grown into a size so it won’t take such a long time ) that spread evenly on the ground so the plants would not complete with each other for water and nutrients . The plant’s roots will help to absorb more water into the ground during raining event , there will be lesser surface runoff so the chance of flooding is lesser. Suggestions:Plant more plants and trees.The plants can absorb water and make the flood decrease as the water will be absorbe by the roots of the plants.They should plant more large trees so that it will be able to absorb the water more effectively and there will be shade on the grass patch for people to rest or sit at .
Problems: the large trees need time to grow and during that period of time floods may occur so in the meantime we can plant many small flowers that will grow faster to help prevent some amount of flood
