Do long quotes (40+) that are blocked have quotation marks or not?  I searched but could not find an answer to this question.

 how are we going about doing invitations? Is one person inviting all Distinguished Members? Are we creating a common invite that we each send to specific Distinguished Members? When do we want to send these invitations out (probably need to wait until we have the date and time of the session), but we could draft it in the meantime.
