A lot of the typical navy uniforms consist of a logo shirt tucked into a pair of straight blue or black trousers and then belted, or alternatively, a boilersuit. I think it would be a good look for the whole pirate crew to be wearing boiler suits, maybe Smee could have a different colour to show his ranking as the second in command or Hook’s right hand man. I propose a jumpsuit with a detachable skirt so that it's still practical and easy to move in, and sticks to the Navy/pirate theme. But the skirt can come on and off when Sophie needs to perform a physical scene but the main thing is that the skirt gives her that female empowerment so that she not just another one of the boys. It gives her that wow factor and that bad ass, forced pirate look. The color I think we would keep black but we could play around with caky green or like a really dark red.
