1 get raw materials from places that produce them. and send designs to factories that will produce the clothes from the raw materials

2 get the raw materials to the thread makers, get the threads to the cloth factory, and get the finished pieces of clothing to the American market.

3 get a celebrity to market the brand for recognition.

natural resources- get the materials for the cloth from the source.

labor- get people who know how to make thread and clothes to make the clothes for a profit.

entrepreneurship - advertise and make a profit from people who believe in the brand's cause. of expensive-looking but affordable clothes sell the clothes at an affordable price aka a downcharge than what it took to make the clothes then assume over time people will see the legitimacy of the products and purchase more of them so profits will not only match labor effort but increase over it.

license- to sell clothes that are safe and won't endanger anyone producing or consuming

insurance- to assume its legitimacy in case someone tries to sue. health and safety protocols etc...

Description: A fashion brand that makes trendy clothes for both men and women. The purpose of the brand is to quickly deliver trendy items to people all over the country. The business targets teenagers and young adults (early to mid 20s). 

Logo: To the right 

Production: Clothing will be produced in China. Cotton will be harvested in India, then shipped to fabric factories and clothing factories in China. Natural Resources come from India. 

Transportation: Planes and cargo ships will be needed to ship the clothing from China to the United States. Then semi-trucks will be needed to transport the items once they reach the States. 

Marketing: I will market my brand to teenagers and young adults. I will do this by firstly designing clothes that are on trend with that generation, and then putting ads on Tik Tok and Youtube for my brand. 

4 Factors of Production: 

Land: Organic cotton will be used to make the clothing, this cotton will come from India. Other fabrics like nylon will also come from India. Dyes will come from China.

Labor: Human labor will be used in all aspects of production, and factory workers will be paid ethically. There will be workers that help harvest cotton, transport the cotton to processors, process the cotton, thread the cotton, turn the thread into fabric, then create the clothing item. Workers will also be needed to transport/ship the items.

Capital: 

Physical Capitol: Factory machines will be needed to produce the clothing. Again cotton, nylon, dyes, and other clothing resources will be needed. Planes, trucks, and ships will be needed to transport the goods.

Human Capitol: Workers that know how process cotton/fabrics will be needed. Additionally, workers that have marketing knowledge will be needed to advertise the brand and designers that have fashion design degrees will be needed to design the clothes. 

Entrepreneurship: I am the entrepreneur, and so my ambition will lead the company. 

2 Things needed to become a legal business: 

I will need a retail merchants certificate which will allow me to legally conduct retail sales in the state of Indiana. I will also need a sales tax permit in Indiana to legally give my sales tax to the government.

Description - Here at ECars, we are working to make affordable, safe, and luxurious cars that require no gas and operate off electricity by simply plugging your car in. An ECar takes 100 miles an hour when plugged into a 120 volt charger and the maximum range for an ECar is 330 miles.

Purpose - As a company, our goal is to provide customers with a new way to buy electric cars. When customers walk in, they will not be overwhelmed with unrealistic prices, bombarded by dishonest salesman, or feel any sort of pressure to buy/trade-in a car. Our cars are the future of electric cars and we provide a new and innovative way to sell affordable, luxurious, and safe cars. We provide all the desirable cars for our customers and we can assure that you will find the right car at ECars.

Production - Production will take place in the United States across the country to provide quick and easy access to purchase an ECar. There will be multiple factories across the United States where robots will be engineered to make these cars. Becasue the cars will be produced in a nearby factory, there will be hired workers to directly deliver the car that is ordered to the customer that purchased the car. There will also be dealerships scattered across the US so customers can also purchase directly from dealership. We will market our vehicles to all sorts of drivers because ECars will provide all types of desirable cars.

Land - My business will use land because we will have to build factories, dealerships, and obtain natural resources to build and produce the cars

Labor - Because our factory will be run by robots, the only workers needed are construction workers, drivers to transport the cars to the customers, and salesmen.

Capital - There will be physical capital because humans will make the robots that will then make the cars.

Entrepreneurship - There will have to be many entrepreneurs involved in this process to get the business up and running and most importantly profitable.

In order to become a business, I will have to get federal and state tax ID’s by applying for EIN with the IRS assistance tool. This will allow me to hire employees, open a bank account, and apply for a liscense for the business. I will also have to get insurance to protect the business from liability and insurance will help cover some of the cost for property damage.
