Jake also used his judgement well and progressed the group at a steady rate which was suitable for the group.

2. during the coaching session, i believed Jake could of been more clearer when talking to the group and had better group control when the group was not participating the way he would of liked.

Jake's session was well laid out giving each pair enough space to pass the rugby ball. Jake showed good demonstration and instruction to the drill he would like the participants to try.
2. Jake could improve on projecting his voice speaking up loud and clear to make sure that he had the attention of the group when he was giving instructions.

Jake's session was explained very well as he had us doing the correct thing after explaining the drill and skill he wanted us to do. He also set the session out very well as he had a rugby ball between two people for passing the ball between each other.

2. Jake could have been a lot louder and clearer when speaking to the group as he had to say a few things multiple times and he also could have did a bit more 1 on 1 coaching and giving individuals feedback on what they were doing right and wrong.

2. Jake could have used more demonstration as when doing it he had his back to us so was hard to see the technique that he was doing. Jake also could work on his group control and make sure all people are doing the best and taking part in the session.

Jake was able to explain his session very well to us and was able to give us well explained instructions on what he wanted us to do. He also had a good layout to his session that had no one standing around. 
2. Jake could have been more engaged during the session and given more feedback to everyone. He also could have given more actual demonstrations on what we were going to be doing.
