The best combination of protein sources depends on the region of the world, access, cost, amino acid types and nutrition balance, as well as acquired tastes. Some foods are high in certain amino acids, but their digestibility and the anti-nutritional factors present in these foods make them of limited value in human nutrition. Therefore, one must consider digestibility and secondary nutrition profile such as calories, cholesterol, vitamins and essential mineral density of the protein source. The main sources are meat, soy, fish and eggs.
Fat and oils:
Fat,oil, sugar and salt are the main sources that come under fat and oils. Also they have a small amount of quantity in the diet and is not combined in the body. The type of vitamin are A source of diet is fish oil and liver which helps keep the skin healthy ,B(complex) such as B1 source of diet is bread, cereals and potatoes which change the carbohydrates to glucose and helps with digestions , C sources of diet are peppers and green vegetables that helps to keep the bones and teeth strong and maintains the immune system , D is a source of diet which is the eggs and margarine that adjusts the calcium , E such as these sources of the diet the eggs and nuts which maintains healthy muscular system and K the sources of the diet are green vegetables which is important for the blood clots. The vitamin A ,D,E and k are melt from solid to liquid inside the body to absorb in the diet so that they are stored in the body in the liver. The vitamin B and C are water-soluble cannot be stored in the body so must take daily intake of food.

Fats and Oils are the predominant sources of fat that are the western diet which is derived from animals and daily product that are identified as saturated fat. The saturated fat are a solid room temperature such as the butter and meat fat. The other type of fat is unsaturated fat that is a plant fat which is a liquid room temperature such as a sunflower oil. The difference between saturated and unsaturated fat is that the saturated fat contributes to heart disease and the unsaturated fat are less likely to do it. As a result of not having the comparable results to blocking the blood vessels as well as animal fats. fish oils are found in Omega 3 which is an essential fatty acid which are essentially appropriate to protect against heart disease. However, there is another one called Omega 6 which is identified in sunflower oil other than cereals.

Fibre is essential to digestion, promote healthy bowel movements and decrease the risk of chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease and diabetes. Carbohydrates are the body's main source of energy which provide fuel for the central nervous system and energy for working muscles. Carbohydrates are divided into simple or complex carbs. Simple carbs are easier to digest and contain low sugar than complex. Simple carbohydrates contain just one or two sugars called monosaccharides (single sugar) and disaccharides (two sugars). These can be found in fructose (found in fruits) and galactose (found in milk products). While Complex carbohydrates have three or more sugars (polysaccharides). They are often referred to as starchy foods and include beans, peas, lentils, peanuts, potatoes, corn, parsnips, whole-grain breads and cereals.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxzc_2c6GMg
