This place is a beat up old town in the middle of nowhere, there is broken houses and buildings and does not look like much people live there if there even is people there. If there are people that live there then i assume they would be poor people and living on the low. Also most likely sad because of their living area. It looks like they would be living on the down low because they are in the middle of nowhere it looks like.
