In our school we use Office 365. In there we have our personal e mails, groups, important documents and we share reports, ideas and events.
In classrooms we use Google store aplications. We teach students with special needs so its important to use something they can understand and something that will bring their motivation to maximum.

Our school is in e-schools project by CARNet and nowdays we mostly use office365.skole.hr because every teacher, student and administrative staff has unique identity for this cloud, so we can use OneDrive. Same identity can be used to store data to the cloud at mojoblak.srce.hr where every teacher and student has 100GB storage space.
office365 is very useful because with one Electronic registration teacher and student can aproach different apps and share files, work in teams, use e-notebook etc.

In Ireland many schools are using G Suite or 365. In my role it is clear that very few schools are making full use of 365's capabilities but the schools using G Suite have found the change easier to implement.

In my Zalishchyky Gimnasia we have been using Office 365 for about 5 years. It is great to collaborate for free with online versions of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote. The teachers and students can save documents, spreadsheets, and presentations online, in OneDrive.

We are using some cloud services because they are strongely usefull to work with students and teachers. To organise every course with every group of students I recommend Moodle because it permits share anythink document or link with them and collect their tasks to grade them. Furthermore Moodle allows work in groups and evaluate students by quiz too.

To work and share information with teachers my advise is use mostly Google apps specially Googledocs and Gmail. On the other hand and allow me recommend Dropbox or Drive to store your main files. Both are the better than USB drives because your data are safe and free of virus. I advise you too a web service to reserve specific classrooms (exams, conferences, computers rooms) or devices (AP’s, speakers, laptops, projectors...)

In our school we use Office 365. It's a really useful service that provides a storage for saving any files there. You also can share access to files with anybody you want. It's really convenient to create presentations or save documents and then share access with students. Afterwards, we can discuss all material on the lesson and it gives big confidence in teaching students because you understand that they definitely know what you're talking about, so it's easier to transform a formal lesson into a lesson that includes using different media files and interesting resources. Also I use Google Drive. It has as many different options as Office 365 has. In general, I use it more for personal needs than for school needs but my students and I share different content with each other as well. In general, cloud storages definitely make sharing and saving content easier.

In our school there is now official cloud service but it seems that we will be migrating to Office 365 as this has been made available by an agreement I believe between Microsoft and Church schools in Malta. However, many teachers use Google Drive or Dropbox others, while Other teachers use a Learning Management System, Edmodo, where the students and teachers work together.

All the administrative tasks are carried out by the national platform of the Ministry of education ( personal data of students, teachers, classes, degrees ..) . We are using Google Suite in our school. All the staff has Google account and all of them use Gmail. Other G services are up to the teachers will and knowledge, I encourage them to use GDrive and other services :) Teachers use the services with students in classes. School intranet is built on GSites and we also use GCalendar.

Students do not have the school account. For two reasons:

It is a lot of work to manage the accounts, we can’t deal with it;
Since it is up to parents to let them create the account (under age 13).

Unfortunately we can’t use GClassroom, because it doesn’t have estonian language support.

We also use Moodle and some other services.

There are statewide cloud based services in Estonia that most of the school use. For exmaple: eKool (eKool is a school management tool bringing together pupils and their families, schools and supervisory bodies)

Though the Greek School Network (GSN) on 2015 created a cloud file service for all teaching staff in Greece and students to share files through the myfiles cloud service. The available storage for each school and teacher is 1 GB. Another cloud service we are having through GSN is the e-class - a moodle like - platform that you can provide to your students all the module material. We are a newly amalgamated school and in order to facilitate teacher and management communication between two sites, we set up our own domain, giving teachers new school gmail accounts, thus facilitating teacher planning also. My students and I are using Google Apps. Mostly they all had Google accounts created (for Facebook mostly) so it wasn't a problem to start using Google services even if they forgot their passwords. This way they don't need USB's to store their work and their work is easily available to me for review and to them, easier communication, homework assignments etc. Sometimes for bigger files i want to send but won't need them on cloud permanently i use jumboiskon (https://jumboiskon.tportal.hr).

Reasons mainly the same as the video - out dated devices with different operating systems - some with XP that's not being supported anymore. I use both GSuite and Office 365. As Carmen said, I find GSuite easier to use (for pupils) and Office 365 more powerfull. Mainly concerning infrastructure (AzureAD, the future). We also use Wix for our website and have old computers. I finaly use multiple tools like plickers. Cloud is important for schools as we don't have enouh money to get a minimal IT infrastructure, then forget money to buy licences. Using cloud, ICT admins needs to provide a good Internet connection and LAN, but then you spare upgrade time. And I think we all are working in ICT infrastructure much more than we are paid for.

I personally use Moodle for exams and Office365 - OneDrive to share teaching materials and OneNote Class for access to student work.
I don't like MS online applications, but in Croatia all students with their student identity have access to the Office365 environment and thus reduce the number of user accounts that students must have during their schooling. CARNet also maintains a Moodle service (called Loomen), which students also access to their student account.

Looks like we are not so advanced in the use of any cloud as my school oficially does not use any clouds, students have their accounts on internal server which they use for ICT classess. Some of the teachers use Google apps mainly for google docs, drive or presentations as it's easy to use. Lately we have signed up for Office 365 and it's where we are going to move within this school year. Personally I am mostly using Google Apps, Dropbox, Onedrive and Evernote. I have managed to get my elder groups of students to signed up for padlet so we are sometimes using that too. I would like my school to start use Google Apps for education and I think it will be my goal to convinced everyone how we can benefit from that.

Hence no cloud system were activated because of server storage systems. I think that one of the most critical point is to share cloud directories using a optimal criteria.
