Shereen and I were partnered together for breakout rooms for an afternoon session this week, and she made the time FLY by. Was so delightful to get to know her, but also see her diligent work ethic as we completed assignments together. I'm so impressed with her adaptability and humility as she is doing pre-service with 15 years of previous teaching experience, but was still so inclusive of me and my ideas. I want to keep learning from Shereen!!

Meredith and I connected earlier today on being at the same school placement this fall! We both were SO worried we would be alone and SO excited to connect. I cannot wait to get to know her more throughout pre-service!

Of course, a HUGE shout-out to everyone for showing up and engaging all week. It's been a long one, but it's been great to see everyone give their best in these sessions! Specific shout-outs to Kolby, Citlalli, and Samantha for being great partners in breakout rooms. The conversations I've had with y'all have been incredibly thoughtful and thought-provoking, and I think y'all are going to kill it in the classroom!
