Some things Hampton Sides leaves out are the perspectives of MLK's wife and black power leaders so far in the book. However overall Hampton Sides doesn't leave out much and describes almost every possible detail. For example on pg 119 he includes how Galts rifle with a scope didn't fit in the box so the store manager had to get him a bigger box. What this shows is that Hampton Sides incudes pretty much every possible detail in setting sand conversations but doesn't include some perspectives probably due to gaps in available knowledge.
