Pau: when I was a kid, I used to have a teddy bear. One summer I went to my grandmother's mountain house, and I left it there by accident. I thought I would never see my teddy bear ever again, but suddenly, two summers later, when I came back to the town, I found it inside a box, and I recovered it, and to this day, I've never left my teddy bear alone again.

Eric: I've been cracking my fingers ever since I was a kid. I always saw my dad do it, and once <s>time</s> I tried it and now I can't stop. Once I didn't crack my fingers for around 5 months but one day I did it again, and to this day, I still do it even though they tell me its not healthy.

a bad habit that you managed to give up

I didn't use to do sport. So, I decided to improve this situation. I visited the doctor and he recommended me to go to the gym. Firstly, I thought I wouldn't be able to have this routine; but after some weeks I gave it a try.

My personal trainer suggested following a hard schedule in order to acquire the new habit. Surprisingly my body agreed with this pattern. And it just showed me that I manage to overcome bad habits and even motivate others. That's why, nowadays, I say to my friends they should go to a gym if they want to be healthy.

Two years ago, we were going to spend the day with our friends in the mountain. The plan was to go through the forest to pick up mushrooms.

When we finished collecting them, we decided to eat in a restaurant. After that, while we were returning home, we were in trouble in the middle of the trail. One car turned left without <s>flagging</s> signalling and the following cars weren't able to stop and, for that reason, they collided.

We were scared and we decided to go to <s>the</s> hospital just to check if everything was correct. At the end of the day we were discharged from the hospital and we returned home to explain the anecdote to our parents. And to this day, we never trust people who drive fast (in the rail).

A few years ago, we needed our Bachelor certificates to apply for a job, but when we got to search them, they were nowhere to be found.

We got really nervous as <s>long as</s> the time to submit the documentation expired at the end of the week.

At that time, we were painting our house. We needed to move all the furniture from one side to another, to paint the different rooms, it was then when we discovered a piece of paper behind a wardrobe, surprisingly it was just what we never expected to find, our certificates!

And to this day, we could never imagine what we would have done if we <s>couldn't</s> hadn't been able to apply for that job.

Last year, I had a car accident that broke both my legs and left me with a lot of scars all around my body. I was in hospital for 2 months without being capable of moving my legs. After leaving the hospital I had to use a wheelchair for 1 month and I experimented what was not doing sport and any activity that I used to do.

This experience affected me and now I enjoy more all the activities that I do with my legs, long may it last! This just shows me that we have to be careful on the road.

Oriol and Julia

One of our current bad habits is to depend on our telephone in every single moment in our daily life. As a teenager's own experience, I used to fall asleep with my phone. At first I thought it didn't have a negative impact on me, but as the days went by, I realized my exhaustion increased, as well as my insomnia. Since then I started to leave my phone out of the room during my sleeping hours and as a result I have noticed a positive impact on me.

Last year, I fell in front of my high school. I was arriving at school as always, and suddently I tumbled right in front of the building door. I started hearing laughter, and my surprise was that when I stood up, there was a big group of senior boys <s>were</s> looking at me. I blushed and quickly ran to my first class of the day. However, my unlucky day didn't end there. When I arrived <s>to</s> at my maths class, I was late and all of my classmates were laughing at me since I had lots of scratches. And to this day I've never fallen again.

Two years ago, I decided to run my first 10K race, even though I wasn't very sporty at the time. At first, training was really hard. After just a few minutes I was out of breath and wanted to stop. But I made a plan to run three times a week and tried to improve little by little.

Some days I didn't felt like running, especially when it was cold or raining, but I kept going. When the race day finally came, I was nervous but excited. Crossing the finish line felt amazing. I couldn't believe I had done it.
