What does it mean to adopt our principles at a high level? What should schools be striving for? Are we trying to be a big tent, or a small tent? If a school has a really 'pure' approach, but overrepresents white students in their student body as compared to the district - how do we see that school's implementation? What if a school has all the right BPL core components (advisory, exhibition, internships one day a week), but is also more traditional than we generally advocate for (5 classes a day, only an hour of advisory a day, only one day of internships a week, etc)? What if a school has only contracted with us to help them improve their RWL program, but isn't touching advisory? What about vice versa? etc etc

Examine the questions through the lens of the directional and identifying ways we’re not pushing hard enough - where are we coming up short? What are some ways we could advance more powerfully? Develop individual & organizational commitments (time for reflection).

How do we apply our directionals more intentionally? Are they our shared values? Need to probe our norms now that we are bigger. Develop processes to support us keeping these commitments (ie: process observer)

Time for depth too

Global Leadership Community LAUNCH at BB?

Global Leadership Community is currently under development. This community is being conceived to elevate “imperatives” and make them accessible to leaders who are touched by or touch the BPL network. We intend to anchor GLC work in our values and a central theme that can be transformed into offerings (ie virtual text-based discussions), events (ie 2-day guided experiences) and resources (ie Leadership cards) for leaders to engage in or explore. We'd like to decide on what GLC is/isn't, what a theme might be for this first year, and any thoughts for how to start.
