"While the profane music of her wedding was heard, Cecilia was singing in her heart to hymn of love of Jesus, her true spouse."

The most probable fact for her to relate to music is that from a very young age, and according to the customs and traditions of the Roman patrician families, Cecilia had to initiate and play some musical instrument.
