GHTK’s official website (https://giaohangtietkiem.vn) serves as the central hub for shops to create and manage orders, track shipments, integrate APIs, and access service information. The site is optimized for desktop use, offering a streamlined interface for operational efficiency and performance monitoring.

GHTK provides mobile apps for both Shop users and Shippers on iOS and Android. Shop owners can quickly create and track orders, while Shippers use the app to receive deliveries, update statuses, and manage logistics in real-time with flexible route coordination.

GHTK actively engages users through various social platforms. Their official Facebook Fanpage is used for customer support, service updates, and recruitment news. They also maintain a Zalo Official Account for real-time order tracking and notifications, and a LinkedIn profile to connect with potential talents. Additionally, a dedicated recruitment website (tuyendung.ghtk.vn) showcases job openings and company culture.

Shops can create orders via the website, GHTK application or create bulk orders using Excel. This process is quite flexible, especially useful for shops with large order volumes thanks to the Excel data entry feature.

However, data entry via Excel requires accurate information according to the template, otherwise data entry errors may occur, causing time-consuming editing.

Shops can send goods to the post office with support from Tablet Dang Don, which helps automate the process (printing receipts, taking photos), or request the shipper to pick up the goods. The process at the post office is quick, but requires Shops to arrange orders in order of printing, which can be inconvenient if the volume is large.

The pick-up time frame (morning: 8am-12pm, afternoon: 2pm-5:30pm) is flexible, but cannot be scheduled specifically, causing difficulties for Shops that need urgent delivery.

Shops can easily edit information (phone number, address) or cancel orders via the app. However, changing the delivery address is limited to the same province and incurs a fee of VND 10,000/time, which can increase costs.

Shops can choose to store pending inspection (up to 30 days), not store for immediate refund, or not accept returns. This flexibility suits many needs, but the increasing storage fee (VND 1,000/first day, up to VND 3,000/day) can be a burden if the goods are stored for a long time.

Fast complaint handling process (8 working hours), with clear compensation policy (100% of goods value if there are documents, maximum 20 million VND). However, if there are no documents, the compensation level is only 4 times the shipping fee, which is disadvantageous for small shops.

All parcels must be securely packed and sealed by the Seller before shipping. Use cushioning materials like crumpled paper, foam pellets, or bubble wrap to fill empty spaces and prevent movement. Seal the package tightly with adhesive tape; do not use rope or cloth ties. For goods prone to moisture or dirt, place them in sealed plastic bags before boxing. Fragile or oddly shaped items must be shock-proofed and have all sharp edges taped to avoid breakage.

Each parcel must have a visible Shipping Code. GHTK also recommends including the receiver’s name, phone number, and address. For items that are fragile or restricted from air transport, appropriate warning labels must be clearly placed on the outer package. Place any invoices or manuals inside the box—not on the outside.

Customers receive goods between 8am and 6pm, including weekends, which is convenient. However, delivery times are not accurate, depending on the shipper's route, and there is no official evening delivery service, which is inconvenient for those working during office hours.

Customers can accept part of the order and return the rest, which is suitable for product inspection needs. However, this service does not apply to unsorted multi-package orders, reducing flexibility.

If you're not available when the shipper arrives, GHTK offers a delayed delivery service. Your package will be held and re-delivered at a later time that works for you.

The return time for intra-provincial orders is 3-5 days (fee of VND 5,000), inter-provincial orders is 7-12 days (fee of 50% of the shipping fee). This process is slow, especially for inter-provincial orders, which can affect the customer experience.
