What is good?

1. There are dimensions, levels of evaluation and related descriptors
2. There are priority for each criteria 
3. There are additional instructions

What can be improved?

1. To make clearer the constructs (neatness; attractive), allowing accurate measurability (again it comes back to qualitative metrics)
2. 2nd criterion: It is not clear (read in English) is for teacher assessing teacher or teacher assessing students
3. 2nd criterion / level 1: too short to be a descriptor (in comparison with other level 1 descriptors)
4. final criterion: "attracted for the listeners": to be included in criterion 2?

2. Detailed analytical descriptions of each performance level
3. Different grade weights of the 6  proposed performance criteria

What can be improved?

1. The 6th criteria may refer to different aspects: effectiveness of the project presentation or the impacts of the proposed project?
2. How to measure the understanding of the project's designer? More measurable evaluation dimensions should be used to measure it.
