1. I can strengthen my Spiritual (Immune) System by recognizing and enjoying God's grace everywhere, as Brother Andreus has shared. We can't always see it, but we can feel it with our hearts. In addition, I may share my blessings with others since I believe that by doing so, I will improve as a person.

2. When my grandfather on my father's side died on October 22, 2021, it was one of the times when I experienced God's grace. It was a difficult time for my family at the time, especially for me because it was exam week. When I first heard the news, I burst out crying and couldn't concentrate on my studies. Rather than being enraged by what occurred, I think that everything occurs for a reason. He died in agony, and he wanted to leave, so instead of being selfish, my family simply let him go. I learned that no matter what occurs in my life, I must accept it and go on because that is what life is all about. Things can happen that are both good and horrible and can not be stopped. In addition, I am grateful to my friends and other loved ones who soothed me and stood by my side during that trying period. I'm pleased to say that I've accepted his passing and moved on, but I'll never forget my grandfather, and he'll always be in our hearts.

3. I realized from our recollection yesterday that God will always be by our side in both good and bad times. He has His ways of showing us His love and grace; we just don't always notice it. We must have tremendous faith and always believe Him in order to see and experience it. Finally, we must always express gratitude to Him for all of the gifts and blessings He has bestowed upon us.

We can also strengthen it by doing good deeds to others because happiness comes from what you do and not what you have.

2. I felt God's grace at the time when I really wanted a specific costume and it was too expensive at that time and we were really tight on money but after checking Facebook I found a person selling that specific costume for a cheaper price. It's not really a big event but I really felt God's grace and I appreciated the timing.

3. I realized that even thought you don't do bad things in life but you don't help others or do good to them, you won't really earn God's grace. You must do good and help others in order to earn God's grace. Although I said that, God's love for us is unconditional and he'll love us no matter what.

Every time I pray its like a conversation with God. I tell Him what I've been feeling these past few days and as well as some things that I'm excited for.

3. I also realized the importance of praying the Rosary because through that, we devote it to Mama Mary.

1. How can you strengthen your "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" based on the sharing of Brother Andreus?

I believe that I can strengthen my Spiritual System mainly through not opposing or being against God. I know that what I really need is to believe and give my full trust to God and His plans for me, especially in times of sorrow. All I can do as well is to lift everything (worries, doubts, etc.) to Him.

2. Share some of your experiences wherein you feel God's grace.

From what I recall, I think that I felt God’s grace the most when my father was able to heal the injury he had when he had an accident. I may not be the person who directly received that grace but I consider having a peaceful mind, knowing that he’s okay again, God’s grace as well.

Recently, when I viewed my 2nd Quarter grades, I felt sad when I saw that my grades from many learning areas were lower than my grades from the 1st Quarter. But at that certain point, I felt God’s grace when I saw that I received a very very high grade from 2 of my favorite subjects: Mathematics and Araling Panlipunan. Because of those subjects – even if the other subjects went lower, I still received a higher general average. And that made me realize that God did not let my efforts not be worth it.

3. What are your realizations/insights after the Lenten Recollection?

If there’s one thing that I learned after the recollection, it is that God’s grace saves, helps, and blesses.. God’s grace saves us through our faith, as mentioned by St. Paul in Ephesians 2:8 (my favorite bible verse). I really agreed when Bro. Andreus said that it depends upon the receiver if they are willing to believe and receive God’s saving grace. Furthermore, God’s grace helps and blesses us every single day. It helps us to go on with our lives with the blessings that He gives. Most importantly, His grace also inspires us to do good, and to be better persons.

II. One of Bro. Andreus’ points which I remembered is practicing honesty at all times. With this, I would like to express my apologies for I humbly admit that I didn’t know that it was required to take a screenshot of our favorite part in the webinar until a friend informed me that it was stated by some people in the chat box. Nevertheless, my favorite part was when Bro. Andreus shared his experience of cheating when he was in grade school and what he had realized from it.

How can you strengthen your How can you strengthen your "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" based on the sharing of Brother Andreus? I can strengthen my "SPIRITUAL IMMUNE SYSTEM" by not doing what God told us to do in stuff he said in the 10 Commandments. We should do the stuff he said because it's one of the ways we can show our faith to Him and that we obey the 10 rules he gave. We should also do or try to at least and do good deeds frequently. Because if you give a homeless person food, you're treating God the same... 2. Share some of your experiences wherein you feel God's grace. 1 experience I kind of know is was when I was a toddler, the stair lock broke and I crawled to the stairs and fell. Luckily, God gave me another chance to live, and I think about that moment sometimes in my near death experiences... 3. What are your realizations/insights after the Lenten Recollection?? I realized that we should try to go to church frequently to show our respect to him and pray everyday to him. You can pray to him thanking him for the good stuff happened today, wishing someone would get healed by their sickness, and many more.

I. 1. How can you strengthen your "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" based on the sharing of Brother Andreus?
Based on the sharing of Brother Andreus, I can strengthen my "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" by surrendering all that I have to God. By this, I mean that I will trust him with all my heart. It may be His plans for me, or whatever it is, I will make sure I trust Him and His words. For me to do this, I will continuously pray and maintain clear communication with God and be open with Him at all possible times. Besides this, as the main topic of the talk, I will make sure to accept and believe in God’s grace. I know that grace is not always a physical thing, but it can also be a spiritual thing, and with this, I will make sure to appreciate these things because I am sure that God has blessed this grace upon me for a reason. And with the grace that I will be receiving, I will share this with others, so that they will be inspired to do the same, which will help promote a world where there is peace and love!

2. Share some of your experiences wherein you feel God's grace.

In my own opinion, I believe that every day there is a grace bestowed upon me. Some are not as evidently seen as others, but I am sure there is at least one every day. However, one particular experience of mine would be whenever I long for my dad, who is away from our family because of his job. There are times that I feel extreme sadness because I imagine how it feels to have a dad who is beside you every day and you can hug him whenever you wish to. Seeing others with their dad makes me feel happy because I imagine myself in their situation, but sometimes I do get sad too because I wish that my situation was like theirs. Nonetheless, I later realized that I am still a lucky one because God gave me a hardworking and loving dad, and I believe that it is one of the biggest graces I have ever received and felt: having a dad who loves and cares for me so much even if he is far away. I feel God’s grace through this because of my dad, himself, and because God still gave me alternative ways to communicate with him. Another experience would be whenever I doubt my capabilities yet do not have anyone to rely on. I feel God’s grace because in those moments, I do not feel alone because I know I have God beside me who is always listening, guiding, and helping me. Truly, God’s presence is enough for me to feel okay and loved again.

3. What are your realizations or insights after the Lenten Recollection?

After the Lenten Recollection, I realized a lot of things. One of which is that everything happens for a reason, and as Brother Andreus shared, God has already planned everything for us. There are specific experiences that will be for us to teach us lessons, while there are some that are not for us. What is for us is for us. We do not have to force it to happen. In a similar manner, he will not give us anything that we cannot surpass. With our faith in him, anything is possible. Also, I have realized that God may not be visibly with us, but he reassures us that he is there watching over us and loving us through His grace. God is always and will always be there for us no matter what, because God is indeed good. Additionally, we must seek to do good to others, not for show, but because we aspire to share the goodness that God has also shown us, so that they will do the same to one another. Lastly, I also recall that God is what unites, heals, and saves us.

1. I can strengthen my Spiritual System by believing in God's existence. Even if God doesn't show Himself in front of us, we can still feel the divine feeling when we believe in Him. We should not only believe in His existence, but we should also believe in all of His sayings without a doubt.

2. There was this time when I felt so depressed during 5th grade because I wasn't part of the medalists. I remembered that I always felt so dreadful and hopeless. My parents were very strict when I was in elementary they told me that I must be able to become a medalist in every grade. I felt so pressured by them, so by the time when I reached 5th grade I broke down. During that time, I kept on crying because I have these thoughts that I was a failure or a letdown to the family's name. You must be asking how come you felt so dreadful and hopeless back then, but is still living up until now? To answer that question, I experienced God's grace. When I finally reached 6th grade in elementary, I had this feeling that I'll be able to do great in this school year, and guess what? I did do great during that year, I became a medalist once again and went back to track. I am thankful for God giving me the grace to continue with my life.

3. I realized after the Lenten Recollection that God will always be with us in our journey in life and that He will never leave us.

1. I can strengthen my Spiritual (Immune) System by believing in God's grace and trusting him. Since God is everywhere, then God's grace is always available. I struggle in life, but I know that God is with me all the time. I can't see God, but I can feel his presence through love.

2. One experience wherein I felt God's grace was when I first started grade 7 in UST. It was my first time studying in a big school with no classmates that I knew. At first, I was very active, but then I lost interest in interacting because of being stuck at home. That made me even more introverted. Last year, I felt that I had no friends at UST and that I should have gone to the same school as my elementary friends. After some time, I realized that everyone grows and there are still a lot of people I'll meet. With that realization, I learned that God's grace is always with me. The pandemic is slowly ending, and I'm sure that I will soon meet my elementary friends and classmates at UST.

3. After the Lenten Recollection, I realized that God will never leave us alone. Through grace, we are reminded that God is always with us. We must trust and accept him since this is what he wants for our lives. Every struggle is a plan made by God so we should not fall into despair.

1. As I listen to Brother Andreus' sharing, I recognized receiving grace as a way to strengthen my spiritual system. As we consider God's grace, we should also share it with other people, being a good example to them. By this, we give and take, and God's love that heals, guides, supports, and protects, will be equally spread out to people.

2. I do believe that I am always in God's grace, even in the times where I feel down. It is by grace that we are now living and have a chance to change. The feeling of receiving grace just strengthens as I communicate to Him, as I reach out to Him. It makes me sure that He is there, willing to lend me His hands.

3. After the Lenten recollection, I was reminded that we should remain faithful to the Lord, and hold onto His power. We should acknowledge His grace and make use of it for good deeds, not the actions that symbolizes recklessness and unappreciation. Continue loving Him, and we would be rewarded by His plans.

There was a time when I feel so drained and do not care about my grade in school anymore. I would literally break down many times while trying to do and finish even one assignment, but nothing. One time our Periodical test is next week I need to do my task, I tried but nothing literally came out. I when to my parent to try to ask for some help, but the moment I am in front of them I burst into tears. They just let me cry until I calm down. When I calm down my mother asks "Why are you crying?" I just look at her because I don't know what to answer. She ask if it is about the school I just said yes and she said: "Ano drop out na kita?" I was fighting with myself to not nod. She said "Alam mo nak, mag-dasal ka lang hindi ka naman papabayaan ng Dyos."

3.

I. How can you strengthen your “SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM” based on the sharing of Brother Andreus?

| Throughout my listening to Brother Andreus, I can strengthen my spiritual system by acknowledging the grace that the Lord has given me throughout my life. I can exercise a healthier spiritual system if I can make accomplish His purpose for me and by surrounding myself with His love. Written in 2 Corinthians 12:9, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness.”, that though I might bend down, be blurry with my ideals, I will still have the ability to find Him in my worst and make what is unclear be said to appear on my vision. With the grace He had given me in my time of being, I will be sure of what I am with and that is with the Lord and His nurturing love for me.

2. Share some of your experiences wherein you feel God’s grace.

| God’s grace had always been with me and I believe that it is there wherever I go. He has always been present, maybe imperceptible to my eyes for some time, but it is evident in my well-being. But a specific core memory I had was when my grandmother died. I was 7 and my Nanay had finally joined with Him. I was down and I would recall every moment I had of her, those when she’d use to give me coins discretely when she would be my comfort when I get pissed or cried. Looking back now, I realize that God’s grace was there, giving me comfort and helping me get on with life. I didn’t realize nor did I think about it but I later would think that “Wow, He really was there, huh”. He works in mysterious ways and I feel loved that He guides me even if I did not ask for it.

3. What are your realizations or insights after the LenTen Recollection?

| God’s grace is evident, it is unconcealed, and it is eternal to our being as His children. “Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails” from Proverbs 19:21. I think the best line I got from the recollection was that God has a plan, God has a purpose, and if when He has taken away your “dreams” from you, He had already seen that it is destroying you. The Highs and Lows will mold you and the darkest time was for you to accept the light and the light is your soul to the Lord. He is righteous and none of His plans are to hinder you from growing.

1.) How can you strengthen your “SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM” based on the sharing of Brother Andreus?

        - Our spiritual immune system can only become stronger when we let the Lord in our lives. God is always ready to love us, in fact he already loves us all. We just need to open our hearts and minds to accept his love. We should accept God’s love full heartedly. When we accept God’s love, that means we entrust everything we have to God. Once we do that not only will we strengthen our spirit’s immune system but we can also grow closer to God.

2.) Share some of your experiences wherein you feel God’s grace.
           - There is one moment in my life when God’s grace was incredibly important to me, and that was during my surgery. Because of a series of unfortunate events and poorly timed accidents, I had to get surgery to fix my broken leg. During this time all I could think about was how it would affect my future and dreams. I was very depressed during this time, but on the day of the surgery, right before I entered the operating room, my family said that everything will work out, God is with me. Because of God’s grace and love, I was given a successful surgery and not only that but also a speedy recovery. After 6 months and 2 days I could finally walk again. God was a very big part of my recovery and I will always thank Him for that.

3. What are your realizations/insights after the Lenten Recollection?

                 - I realized that whatever God throws our way, good or bad, He does it out of love.

1. Based on my realization and comprehension regarding the sharing of Brother Andreus, I'm convinced that just having faith in God and following His teachings including the 10 commandments can certainly strengthen my ''SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM'' through His grace. Besides that, another way is to just be a blessing to others by doing good deeds and acts of kindness.

2. There was a massive fire that burned down several homes back in June 2016. One of those was ours. I was only eight during that time so I was not aware of what will I do or what is happening while I saw people breaking down, running, shouting, screaming, and even dying. We didn't have anything left and our things that were left unburned were also robbed. I felt God's grace during this time because if my father didn't wake me and my mother up, we would be dead by now. That is when I felt God's grace since He's somewhat telling me that this is not the end of my life yet. On top of that, we were able to recover after 3 - 5 months which fast in a short time, and another time wherein I felt He's grace and guidance through our challenging times.

3. There will always be challenging times in life wherein you're lost and it feels like something is eating you up inside, may it be the things that you are feeling or the realization that something tragic and unforgettable is bound to happen. Regardless of the situation, you must still trust God with all your heart for He has plans for each and every one of us. That is what struck me and had such an impact that I had an epiphany about God's plans.

1. How can you strengthen your "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" based on the sharing of Brother Ardeus?

- Based on the discussion from the previous recollection, I recognized that by developing and strengthening our faith, we may also enhance our spiritual immune system. Prayers, helping others, and creating relationships with our community and God are all examples of how we may demonstrate our faith. In this way, we will never be concerned about anything we will experience or face since our faith in God will be sufficient. We will also learn that we are not under any need to please or prove ourselves to anybody. The only person we should want to impress is God. This will also build our spiritual system since we would be doing everything for God's glory.

2. Share some of your experiences wherein you feel God's grace.

- Every blessing, no matter how insignificant, I regard to be a gift of grace from God. My God is so kind that He offers me grace every day, even though I don't deserve it. Simply waking up in the morning, eating meals, and building memories with the people I care about are all gifts from God, and I'm learning to appreciate and experience them every single day. Many people recognize God's grace when they accomplish something significant or when something positive occurs in their lives, but we forget that grace is there in every moment; all we have to do is take a moment to enjoy what we have rather than what we desire. This will enhance the beauty of our planet.

3. What are your realizations/insights after the Lenten Recollection?

- The most significant thing I learnt following the recollection was that it is preferable to demonstrate rather than tell. I will never forget the speaker's narrative about meeting a non-believer in God and instead of disputing with him, he just treated him like a friend and even asked him to lunch. He avoided arguing, and he even encouraged that individual to believe in God because of how it made the speaker a better person. Another lesson I've learned is that no matter how difficult life appears to be, God will always provide. His narrative of his laptop, which he couldn't afford at first, but which God miraculously provided. He bought the laptop despite not having the financial ability to do so. This gave me hope that God will always find a way, even in the darkest of times.

Knowing that God is always there to guide and watch us over makes me feel relieved. We should always put our faith in God.

1. Physically, our body needs multivitamins to strengthen our immune system to fight disease, especially during this pandemic. Now our "SPIRITUAL(Immune) SYSTEM" needs to boost up also during this time. We can strengthen it by praying. Our spirituality thrives because of our daily communication with God. We can stay faithful to the Lord by giving thanks and praise when we wake up in the morning and before sleeping, before eating, and before doing daily activities. A healthy body not only includes being physically fit but also having a healthy mind and spirituality. So let us all make our bodies truly happy and healthy.

2. God has truly blessed us in our daily lives. We only need to be aware of it. Waking up in the morning, enjoying the day, learning from school, and sharing a few laughs with family and friends are things that I am thankful for. It makes me feel that God is here with me and with my family. He has continuously blessed us with the food we eat and provided us our daily needs. He may not give us all that we wish for, but He will give it to us at the right time. Having my family complete, especially during this pandemic is such a big blessing. Many trials are still coming. However, because I believe that God is with us, I can face all of them through perseverance. I am truly grateful for all His grace and blessings.

3. The Lenten season reminds us of God's divine grace by sacrificing His only begotten son, Jesus Christ, to redeem us from death and give us eternal salvation. This season is about the self-realization of our weaknesses and how our faith should be strengthened to be saved. God has given us His divine pardon for all our sins. He has given us the chance to continuously modify myself to be the best version I can be. I am still a work in progress, but that is just the way it is. I am continuously learning as a person. Mistakes will be made. However, I need to pick myself up and learn from them. God has been generous as this season is about forgiving and chances to improve. These are my insights about this Lenten Season.
