         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Mirror symbolizes how she doesn't want to look like at self.Any mirror is usually either covered or put down that she does´t like her image&nbsp;<strong><em>Two muddy-circle eyes nder black dash&nbsp; eyebrows piggy nose nostrils, and a chewed up horror of a mouth. Definitley not a dryad face. I can´t stop biting my lips. It looks like my mouth belongs to someone else someone I don´t even know. I get out of bed and take down the mirror. i put it in the back of my closet, facing the wall.¨ (Speak p.16-p.17) </em></strong><em>This shows how Melinda feels not like herself and is ashamed of her image and just her in general.&nbsp;</em></div><div><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

When Melinda is wondering if David wrote the letter<strong><em>¨ Do I want to him to like&nbsp; me? I chew on my thumbnail. No. I just want anyone to like me. I want a note with a heart on it. I pull the edge of my thumbnail back too far and it bleeds.¨(Speak P.109)&nbsp; </em></strong><em>This shows how melinda trouble with speaking to snyone causing a negative effect on her.</em></div>]]></description>

David pins her hand to the dissection tray. He spreads her froggy legs and pins her froggy feet I have to slice open her belly. She does´nt say a word. She is already dead. A scream starts in my gut I can feel the cut, smell the dirt leaves in my hair.¨ (Speak p.80 ) </em></strong>This shows hows Melinda´s experience was awful and how&nbsp; traumatizing it was .</div>]]></description>
