I noticed the daily planned schedule is always changed, I wonder if I could be informed in advance for next time? I feel left out for missing out on what’s on the new schedule.

Colleague raises voice:

I feel When I send emails to a colleague they don’t respond cause they are lazy and aren’t committed to their job! When they have a certified position that means they aren’t or weren’t very educated in the course that they took.

I wonder why is the manager very difficult to speak with when they are always in the office and likes to ignore when we try to talk with them. Is it cause they bring in their problems to work? That it gives them the courage to be very hard to talk with.
