When you are doing your consultation, your client has mentioned that they have not coloured their hair for 3 months. BUT they do have previously coloured hair. You also notice that her ends are very porous from over use of styling tools. What would you prescribe for shampoo and conditioner?
1. For damaged hair
I would recommend a damage remedy because of the colour treated hair and their  use of styling tools

As your client is seated, clip hair up and away from neck area, place the towel around  their neck where the ends are forward, hold them in place and put the drape around them, making sure the cape is not touching their neck.
