Elliott
Electric Supply: Our History

Elliott Electric Supply was established in 1972 in Nacogdoches, Texas and has grown to
over 100 locations in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Our First Year in Business

Bill Elliott, our company's founder and current president, first
entered the electrical distribution industry after graduating from Louisiana
Tech University in 1960. He worked for Powerline Supply Co. in Bossier City, LA
for twelve years, during which time he became manager of the company. In 1971,
Bill began looking for a place to start a company of his own, and it wasn't
long until he and his wife, Micky, discovered the town of Nacogdoches, TX,
which had no electrical supply house at the time.

With an $80,000 small business loan and $20,000 of his own money,
Bill put the beginnings of Elliott Electric Supply into motion. He built a small
facility on the south side of Nacogdoches (which remains in business today as
"Store #1") and purchased $60,000 in inventory. Company personnel at
this time consisted of Bill, Micky, and Jack Sandifer. A short while later,
Rick Moehring, the company's third employee, joined the crew while earning his
accounting degree at Stephen F. Austin State University. Rick's roommate, James
Rudd, also came aboard. Rick Moehring still works for Elliott Electric Supply
today as the Nacogdoches area manager, and Rudd retired from the company as a
Product Category manager after 40 years of service. The first year of operation
was a success, with around $400,000 in sales, resulting in a small profit that
could be reinvested into the company.

Growth of the Company

By continuously reinvesting in the company and expanding our
business presence, we maintain our goal growth rate of 15% annually,
effectively doubling our size every five to six years. Since our beginning in
1972, Elliott Electric Supply has kept a compounded growth rate of 20% on average.
We feel that growth in our company is beneficial for more than just EES
employees--our expansion also benefits our customers and the industry as a
whole. In meeting our annual goal of 15% growth, we strive for half of the
growth to come from expansion of existing markets and the other half to come
from new locations.

During challenging economic periods, Elliott Electric Supply's
business model ensures that the company not only survives but thrives. Our
financing is primarily internal, and, at half the industry average, our debt
rate is uncommonly low. We are therefore often in a position to invest when
other companies are not. Additionally, our customer base is well balanced, with
residential and commercial-based clients as our primary market, supported by
business with industrial, institutional, and government-based clients.

Exceptional service begins with getting the basics right. This
page highlights our fundamentals—a core set of services
that electrical professionals expect and deserve. While it's not rocket
science, a solid foundation is crucial, and it's the cornerstone of everything Elliott Electric Supply

because our knowledge and efficiency directly benefits your relationship with
Elliott Electric Supply and sets us apart from the other guys.

Cutting Your Costs - A fellow expert behind the
sales counter makes all the difference! We offer all of our employees
incentives for completing advanced electrical education programs, like NAED's
Electrical Products Education Course (EPEC). This translates to a vastly
improved experience for you—when you can promptly get the materials you need
with minimal confusion and hassle. What's more, our team includes experts who
specialize in crucial cost-cutting areas, like project management, inventory
maintenance, quotations, and custom software.

Product Availability - Our system tracks live
inventory levels, and we provide you the data in real time. We were one of the
first in the field to achieve this, and today we've got it down to a science.
Our priority is having the best in-stock availability from quality brands. We
offer: quick transfers between our numerous locations, expedited orders from
the manufacturer, 24/7 emergency orders, and hotshot deliveries, all from the
biggest warehouses around. Chances are,
we have it. And if we don't, we'll get it for you!

You are welcome to maintain multiple Job Accounts (Sub-Accounts) for all of
your projects, with specific credit lines for each.

you can find out immediately when an order is shipped, delivered, or ready for
pickup (will-call). To opt-in to receive text message Notifications from
Elliott Electric Supply, simply text "ELLIOTT" to "41411."
(Please note, your carrier's standard text messaging rates will apply.)

24/7 Emergency Service - We provide personal phone
numbers that you can call anytime something pressing comes up. Real customer
stories, like this one, attest to our sales crew's dedication to this crucial
service. Additionally, certain areas offer special hotshot deliveries and other
round-the-clock services so that we can react quickly to whatever you need, 365
days a year.

When you log-in, these 24/7 contact numbers are available on the
Locations section of our website, or through the Elliott Electric Supply App.

Hassle-Free Inventory Maintenance - One of the major areas where
we can help you save costs is in managing and storing your inventory. One basic
advantage of Elliott Electric Supply is free scheduled deliveries, available in
most areas. But our inventory services go much further. If you need help
planning and constructing your own Inventory Facilities, we've got you covered.
Or, we offer project storage so you can keep your project materials in our
warehouse.

Special Events - We feel it's important that,
as a customer of Elliott Electric Supply, you know you're appreciated. That's
why we love throwing special events, on the local level as well as regional and
company-wide. From counter breakfasts and lunches, to weekend crawfish boils,
fish fry's, and open house events, each location schedules its own in-shop
festivities. There are also larger, annual events like the Big Bass Classic,
regional golf tournaments, clay shoots, and more!

Elliott
Electric Supply: Awards and Recognition

From annual sales totals, to website development, to outstanding
leadership, these are just a few of the most recent achievements for which Elliott Electric Supply
has received industry-wide recognition.

June 2012 - Elliott Electric Supply Ranked
14th in the Nation

We are proud to announce that Elliott Electric Supply jumped up
another FIVE places on Electrical Wholesaling's Top 200 list for last year's
sales, making us the 14th largest electrical distributor in America. Following
our tried-and-true recipe for steady growth–making every possible effort to
serve our customers better–we hold high hopes as we look to the road ahead.

We're equally honored to announce that Modern Distribution
Management also ranked us as the 14th top electrical distributor in 2011. MDM
based this ranking on Elliott Electric Supply sales figures for 2011, which
rose a whopping 33.9% from 2010.

We continue to open new locations each year with the intent of
better serving our loyal customers, which is a key part of meeting our annual
goal of 15-20% compound growth. The possibility of entering the top ten during
the next decade is a very exciting prospect for all of us here at Elliott
Electric Supply.

By nurturing long-lasting business relationships, continuously
reinvesting in the company, and expanding our business presence wisely, we've
been able to double our company's size every five to six years...since 1972!

June 2011 - Elliott Electric Supply Ranked
19th in the Nation

We are proud to announce that Elliott Electric Supply rose another
two places on Electrical Wholesaling's Top 200 list for 2010's sales, making us
the 19th largest electrical distributor in America. Our investments during the
harder times—increases in personnel and facilities while competitors cut
back—are already contributing to the growth of our business in 2011.

We are also thrilled that Modern Distribution Management ranked us
as the 17th top electrical distributor in 2011. MDM based this ranking on Elliott
Electric Supply sales figures for 2010, which rose 20.2% from 2009.

We opened several new locations in 2011, with even more on the
horizon, which will play an important role as we strive to meet our annual goal
of 15% compound growth.

June 2010 - Elliott Electric Supply Ranked
21st in the Nation

Last year, perhaps the most challenging year in decades for
businesses, we managed to increase our ranking from 24th to 21st among the
nation's largest electrical distributors, overtaking some of our closest competitors
while still affording to open new store locations and increase our personnel.

By nurturing long-lasting business relationships, continuously
reinvesting in the company, and expanding our business presence wisely, we've
been able to double our company's size every five to six years...for nearly 40
years!

June 2009 - Elliott Electric Supply ranked
24th in Nation

In the June 2009 issue of Electrical Wholesaling we were ranked
the 24th largest electrical distributor in the US based on total sales of
$382,232,398. By nurturing long-lasting business relationships, continuously
reinvesting in the company, and expanding our business presence wisely, we've
been able to double our company's size every five to six years...for nearly 40
years!

April 2009 - EES President Bill Elliott
receives NAED's Arthur W. Hooper Award

From TED Magazine: "Nearly every year since 1992 (no award
was given in 1994 and 1996), NAED's Arthur W. Hooper Award has been awarded 'to
an individual who has served the industry in an outstanding and unselfish way
over the course of his or her career in the distribution of electrical goods.'
This year, the honor goes to Bill Elliott, president of Elliott Electric Supply
in Nacogdoches, Texas.

"For those who know Bill Elliott, the news that he is being
awarded NAED's most prestigious honor comes as no surprise..."

May 2007 - ElliottElectric.com Wins TED Magazine's
Best of the Best Award

Elliott Electric Supply was awarded TED Magazine's 2007 Best of
the Best Award for Best Website (elliottelectric.com) in the category
"Distributor Over $200 Million."

TED magazine's Best of the Best awards program exists to honor
marketing excellence and recognize creativity within the electrical industry in
companies of all sizes. The success of a marketing program is often difficult
to measure in tangible terms; therefore the awards program provides winners
with the opportunity to show that their work is highly regarded within their
own industry. In addition, over the years, the program has become a way to
benchmark a company's efforts against those of its peers.

May 2005 - EES President Bill Elliott
chosen to serve as NAED Chair

From TED Magazine: "Bill Elliott is uniquely qualified to
serve as NAED's chairman--after all, he joined NAED as a single-store
distributor 33 years ago and has utilized the organization as a tool to grow
his business ever since. His membership has run the gamut from being a small
member with sales of less than $500,000 to evolving into a regional chain
leader with sales of $180 million (2005)."
