         <description><![CDATA[<p>I can use informal assessments to adopt my teaching by using results to see which methods I used for each topic worked the best. If one topic didn't score well, I can think about how I taught that and alter it, then reteach it.</p><p>It is important for students to see assessments as feedback because they should use their results to see what they're struggling with and get more help.</p><p>I would include class discussions a lot because I think it is beneficial to hear multiple viewpoints on a topic.</p>]]></description>
