Economic - Because of rising costs and higher wages, the goverment is spending more and more each year.
Social-  Because people are living for longer and the population is growing, it is costing the NHS more to cater for the large population.
Legal - Many immigrants are requiring care and therefore costing the NHS.
Technological - Treatments in the NHs are improving because of technology development, this is costin gthe NHS more.
