Positives....great for modeling math concept steps, especially when multiple step algorithms. Students can return to multiple times for reinforcement. Parents can also watch so they can help their child. Parents always say they don’t understand common core math. Great for flipped classroom.

Cons....for flipped classroom not all students have access at home. Not all students are motivated to watch independently or “on their time”. I also like that I can put this on Schoology for absentees or vacationers. It prevents lame excuses for non completion of work
