So I learn from the basics which is an introduction to the 3 menu of the tart, how to bake, how to use the cash machine and closing. The task little bit easier than yesterday.

I help the Secret Recipe because they do not have enough staff. It was busy starting from lunchtime until 5pm. I need to serve the customer, explain to them about the cake that was in promotion and update to them which cake was out of stock. Other than that, I still keep my eye on the Hokkaido counter and go there when there are customers.

Here I learn how to learn to work fast but efficiently under pressure. Like usual I will take the order, setting the table, clean up the table and help them send the dishes and drinks. It was quite busy starting from lunch time until the tea time. Luckily, most of the customers feel satisfied and give positive feedback. 
As for the Hokkaido, the sale was better than yesterday but the customer not too many. For the sales, many of the customers attracted to buy the promotion fabulous A and B. Fabulous A consists of combination either original and/or chocolate, meanwhile fabulous B is only for durian. The original cheese tart is out of stock. I only help SR during my free time. Most of the time I help when the customers come with the whole family. It is a tiring day but fun. My leader is going for a training session today until 6pm but she still helps me when I ask any question through the WhatsApp. After that, all went smoothly and the sale for Hokkaido also better than yesterday and impressive even though I need to do it by myself. I clean up the stores and rearrange back all the boxes and stock until it becomes tidy.
