Over time, Track and Field evolved and spread around the world, becoming one of the most popular and prestigious sports in the modern Olympics.</strong></p><p><strong>Track and Field is not just for professional athletes — it’s a sport for everyone. People of all ages and skill levels can enjoy it, whether they want to train for fun, stay healthy, or compete in local, national, and even international competitions. It promotes endurance, strength, speed, and discipline while bringing people together through teamwork and sportsmanship.</strong></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
