He began his career as a construction manager for Pahlisch Homes, founded in Oregon's Williamette Valley in 1983. In this capacity, Phillip Pahlisch oversaw the complete planning and building process for custom homes as well as properties in planned communities. Phillip Pahlisch advanced to become senior regional vice president at Pahlisch Homes, leading the Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington regions.
