This is handed it at the end.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Make note of successful learning activities for future use. <br>2) Constant informal discussion with colleagues about what worked well and what should be improved in our teaching<br>3) I make time at the end of each of my lessons to reflect on what we have covered during the lesson. I also make starter activities that relate to the previous lesson. This helps students reflect whilst triggering their memory of what we are doing in the subject.          <title>I try and do an examiners style feedback report for each task. then I give them their work back and let them reflect on this  in light of that report. they then do a self assessment on the rubric before I give them their grade. this forces them o think about what they are doing well etc.</title>
