Is there a list with tasks we need to perform on a regular basis, whether daily, weekly or several times per day/week, monthly, termly, etc? For example, I've heard it mentioned that we send photos at least twice a week to parents. That sort of thing but also, the daily machinations of picking up and taking students around the school, etc...

Protocol for unexpected situations

Is there a sort of "if this then that" handbook, like for specific situations that happen. For example, what is the protocol for when there is an incident in class or around the school, whether big or small? How do we acknowledge this and where are those things noted down and accumulated, for example in case a student gets into trouble on a regular basis or whether an accident happened on the playground?

Here is a link to the incident report template. Teachers make a copy of this and send a copy to Ally and me, or J and Dana.

We have Google for Education. Let's see if we can get NotebookLM another way? I'll check with Dana tomorrow.
