We could look at things like changes in leadership, the culture, their way of life, food sources, celebrations, for a few examples. I can give students a list of websites to use, to make sure they are using credible sources, and split them into small groups where each group researches one topic. Open up the lesson and the discussion for what we are going to do and some background knowledge. I would then take one of the websites I would be giving them and show them how to use it and discuss what I am looking for.
