-Forme = Bacille
-Taille =  (0.5 × 1.2 µm) à (2.5 × 10 µm)
-Coloration = Violet(Gram+)
-Mode de regroupement = Colonies
-Mobilité = Oui( Etat frais +)

Test enzymatique rapide:
Oxydase: Aucune réaction, la souche ne réagit pas avec l'oxydase.
Catalase: Réaction + , la souche réagit avec la catalase.
