Last school year, specifically in March, I had gone out to a shopping center with my friend. At the time I was sad and stressed out due to finals but I will never forget what my friend did for me. She had sneaked two cans of Dr pepper in her bag from home to share with me. We drank them together and sat in a corner where we had a good view of the whole shopping center. This is important to me because Dr pepper happens to be my favorite soda and sharing some with her got my mind off of all the stress.

Meeting my boyfriend for the first time is a very memorable experience. We had started off as online friends then soon later found out we had mutual feelings for each other. Afterwards, we decided to become a couple. The only downside is that he lives in a city about an hour away from me, so seeing each other is difficult. April 13th was the day we decided to meet in person for the first time. We planned to meet in this cafe near my house. I had gotten there first and was super nervous to meet him. I remember seeing his text stating that he was here and I looked up from my phone to see him walking through the door. We both rushed into each others arms and embraced each other with warmth. While at the same time we were hugging, a love song was playing over the cafe speakers. Every time I think of it, it makes me giggle.

Over the summers I usually babysit for my aunt who works from home but has a difficult time taking care of my baby cousin. I will always remember last summer. My aunt had a work trip and decided to take me with her to babysit. We had gone up to Boston, Massachusetts. While my aunt worked, me and my baby cousin would wonder around the hotel exploring all the activities they had. We played by the pool together, went on a walk around a park, and stopped by this little reading corner where I read her a few books.

Last October I had gone to Hawai'i for a week. It was an amazing experience! I've gone a couple times but each time I go feels like something new. We had stayed on the big island that time and stayed in an Airbnb. The house was on the less touristy side and was surrounded by trees. It was beautiful but crowded. The house looked normal on the outside and on the inside. With modern furniture and a few decorations. But what I didn't expect was to see the room I was sleeping in. The moment I walked in I was immediately crowded with Star Wars. It turns out the family who owns the house are a pretty big Star Wars fans and had a whole room dedicated to it. Everywhere I looked I saw something Star Wars themed. There were probably a couple hundred figurines hung up on the wall and at least a couple thousand Lego pieces on displays.

While I was in Boston last summer, I had gotten the chance to visit Harvard University. I was really excited to see what the campus was like. When I got there I was mesmerized by how beautiful the buildings were and the other architecture around. What really stuck out to me was the little town that is apart of the school. There were a lot of little clothing stores and a handful of restaurants. I liked how modern yet old that area looked. It was a nice experience and not only was I inspired to hopefully attend Harvard one day, but as well as to try harder in school.

I will never forget the day while I was in 5th grade when I discovered my now all time favorite band. Pierce the Veil who are a rock band. I love their music and listen to it every day. I have been a fan for about 6-7 years now and hope that some day I can go see them in concert!

A few summers ago when I was traveling to Florida. We had a lay over in Dallas Texas for initially 2 hours. But for some reason those 2 hours turned into 4, which then turned into 12 hours. I was there from 8am to 8pm. It really did suck. What makes it worse is that I was recovering from COVID so I did have a harsh cough. I specifically remember laying on the floor near and outlet to charge my phone. The outlet happened to be right next to the bathroom but I didn't care. I laid on the floor for maybe an hour.

I like telling people I have a pet shark who I named Larry. I don't have a shark that's alive but I do have a small one which is displayed in a jar. Larry died of natural causes and his body is stored in a chemical filled water which is keeping his body intact. He was given to me by my aunts neighbor a few summers ago, she is a biologist and study's sharks. She saw my JAWS shirt and asked me what my favorite shark was. I told her it was a tiger shark and she proceeded to walk into her garage and pull out a glass bottle with a real life tiger shark inside.

My 15th birthday was super fun. My family had surprised me with a trip to San Francisco! I really enjoyed spending a couple days down in the bay, especially the food I tried. I had my birthday dinner at this Korean place, it was wonderful.

When I was younger, maybe 5 or 6, it was the 4th of July and my family were setting off fireworks. I remember sitting on my moms lap while watching my family set them off. My dad had put the firework on the stand facing the wrong way and it blew up on the ground instead of the air. I was so mesmerized by the green and yellow colors from the firework that I didn't even notice that it caused our neighbors lawn to catch on fire.
