Besides that, I received a book about the Malaysian Business Ethics. The thing I learn from this exhibitions are, the KPDNKK is giving workshops to young graduates if they wish to start up their business.

The words of his spirit to continue his business are "if a school is closed, then his business will also be closed". However, we know, without our school will not be in our current institution. He started his business from a van and now he has 2 buses and 10 vans. To further expand his business, he practices the discipline principle in doing the work and is very timely. Currently, he operates 3 factories that use his transportation service to go factory and return from factory. Today is my lucky day when i met one of KPDNKK's staff and was a succesful transportation enterpreneur, En. Mohd Zen Bin Hj Peli. His start this business since 1992 and his partner not come from others people but come from his family. He started this business with  the intention of helping people with no vehicles by providing transport to them. He tell me his brave do this business because he known his business will not closed as long as school not closed. He also said location for his business at Demak Laut. How he manage his business is manage with discipline, honesty and punctual. The success that can be seen when he starts with a van being into two buses and 10 van. From him and his successful career, I learned that the right intentions and positive thoughts can make things that work are successful. That's all from me. I am very happy to meet En. Sahminan bin Sirat. He had share a lot of information to me about how to do business nowadays. He also had tell me about his business. Although he is already old age, but his idea in business are very fresh and inspire me a lot. He manage to do online business. In his age, he still can learn how to do online business. Before he manage the online business, he had do a lot of other business such as opening the burger stall, selling foods and others but he mention that online business is the easiest way to earn money than the other works that he had done. He said that it is easy to earn profit. He had sell musical instrument via online business. Often people nowadays use common social application such as facebook, wechat and instagram to promote their products but this man use an special application to run his business which is shopify. This application can be downloaded in google apps. He get his stock by ordering in AliExpress page. This makes he able to adjust the price by his own. However,  I did get a chance to interview one of the facilitators whose name is Nurul Huda Halil. She explained to me how this program can help the youth particularly UNIMAS students in starting up a business. She also mentioned that the willingness of the entrepreneurs to come to this program and share their experience and knowledge in entrepreneurship to the participants. Moreover, Ms Nurul Huda also stated that the importance of this program is to explain the basic fundamental of starting up a business. Her name is Nurul Huda Halil and has her own business which caters to people by providing services. She manage the business by herself and independently learnt everything through experience. She is a passionate and dedicated professional that believes in customer services as an essential part to a company's growth. She believes that successful entrepreneurs are people-oriented with a positive attitude and adaptable to the constant changing work environment. She holds to the principles to be healthy always. “Keep your surrounding happy but sure not everything can be 100% good but keep up the positive vibe,” she said. She manages to give advice to Unimas student (including me) to grab on the opportunity instead of being shy away from venturing into business world.

One things that i remembered about what she mentioned about how to get involved in futher buisness was that entrepreneurs must have the willingness to help one another as work together is the main goal. His name is Abdul Razak Bin Azmi owner of a popular Sarawak local homebrew Pomade, FZ Famous Pomade. According to Abdul Razak, he opened his business pomade and haircut at Uptown Kuching. In interview he shared how he get the idea to about pomade business, whom he borrowed money from to start his company and how he started his business from the scratch. He also mentioned some of his mission and vision in the future for his business. He also stated he will not only provide pomade to his customers but also others product as well such as perfume in the future with his brand on it.

This person whom I met was named Nurul Huda Halil who is also one of the facilitators and was the one and only master trainer present. She works at the Training & Events Executive SIMA for Malaysia and Singapore and is currently going around giving talks and seminars. What I find most significant is how passionate she was towards what she's currently doing and how she loves motivating young entrepreneurs to take up any challenge and start a business. I find that very inspiring and encouraging. She also put forth that to start a business you must have a business module to have a secure business. Other than that, she also emphasized a lot on grabbing whatever opportunities there is out there because she finds that most entrepreneurs fail at doing so. Miss Nurul mentioned other than setting up business based on procedures and protocols, entrepreneur should widen their perspective and do more hands on things because that way you can learn more and have more input on how to improve your business. Lastly, she mentioned that when starting a business, you should be walking towards that very one goal that is to own a successful long term business. This sentence spoke by Nurul Huda Halil (the master trainee of Coca ColaKU) looped in my head. We had a long good talk when I joined the Coca ColaKU event yesterday. She told me on how much she loves being an entrepreneur; someone who provides services and eventually able to give back to the community. She joined Coca Cola family mainly because of the people and the unity. She embraces every opportunity she gets to educate more people on what they need to know about starting up a business and how to sustain what you started. Preseverance, patience, hard work and break the barrier; that's what it takes to be a good entrepreneur.

Today, I went to Coca-Cola KU DAY that held on DeTAR at UNIMAS. Im feel so lucky because I have an opportunity to attend this programme. In this programme, I met one of the powerful women that work as master trainer in Training and Event Executive SIMA Singapore and Malaysia.She was inspire me to involve in the business world and her name is Nurul Huda binti Halil. Besides work as master trainer under Coca-Cola Company,she also has her own business in providing services to the people. She explained that if want to be a great enterpreneur you have to learn everything from zero by your own like learn to bank in  money and manage your account proper. She also advise  me if want to be the successfull entrepreneur you must have higher confiden level to talk with people and do not shy.She also  shared,in their company they need to be a big family even they from under different department. It because their goal is same which is want to help people .Last but not least,she manage to give an advices to me and UNIMAS student to grab the opportunity that we have ,who know one day we can be a business owner.

They business unit cooperate with Coca Cola company and bottling investment group to come up with Coca-Cola Ku. She put health and family as the most important agenda to manage her business. The idea to setup the business is come from Atlanta. They already have modules but in Malaysia they never introduce it. They also cooperate with other like Marybrown and also Uber. Next, the business module is ready in the system of CoCa-Cola. At first it is only available in Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia. There is 13 modules actually but when they want to bring it to Malaysia, it went for a selection first and as the results only four modules being selected. The modules are building the business plan, managing cash flow and credit, managing quality and service and the forth module is measuring success after six months to one year starting the business. Due to the flash flood had happened in Kelantan, most of the shop closed and since that they started to think that they want to make some kind of awareness of sustaining in business to the local committee. Then, she also stated that there are four modules to create business habit. First, membangunkan pelan perniagaan, follow by mengurus aliran tunai dan kredit, then mengurus kualiti dan perkhidmatan and lastly, mengukur kejayaan. There are 9 people in their team that help her out and one of it is Lily, her closest trainer. In addition,  in the  way to manage the business, we cannot be lazy and we must learn each and everywhere. As a team, making sure the team work together is the priority in order to make sure Coca Cola is out there in the market. She gave perception about shy entrepreneur, to grab the opportunity that enable us to speak up because she was one of it. Firstly, she has shared some of her experience when she starts to venture in the business world. She has set up her own business which is providing a makeup services for special events such as weddings or dates. However, life was not easy as she thought to be. As a makeup artist, you have to ‘book’ your own clients, set up consultations, advertise your services and the list goes on. In other words, you have to make your own makeup business, and then you have to run it. During that time, she doesn’t know much about the business plan and also lacking in experience compared with other makeup artist out there. As a result, she loss about RM 3000 in her first attempt to do business in this beauty industry. With this, she started to realize how much important it is to have a business plan first as it will help to manage your business effectively, support growth and secure funding at the start-up phase. He also gave to us some tips on how to survived in business nowadays, who we should refer if there is a problem and etc. As a conclusion, I manage to gain many knowledge after doing this interview which is hard to get in class.
