Early module check in. (1) What is working/not working with this module?; (2) Is anything unclear in the lectures, seminars, assessments?; (3) What can the teaching team do to improve the teaching and learning environment; (4) Is there anything else you'd like to comment upon?

I don’t usually partake in these types of forms but I’ve got to bring up how much I’ve been enjoying the lectures and seminars.

Definitely the most interesting module I’ve taken so far at Kings. Every lecture is very accessible and understandable (despite Keith’s heavy accent) yet also thought provoking, striking a good balance for us first years. The slides provide a great structure for note taking, which helps with focusing on the content (since you don’t have to multitask and think about what to put down, the bulk is all there).

Seminar readings are long enough to justify a degree level education but are rarely too long as to discourage enagagement. Seminar leader Angharad (had to copy and paste) creates a fun environment which encourages participation when otherwise I’d sit quiet. It’s really appreciated since sometimes it’s needed for us introverts!

Thanks guys.
