Some of the things that I have admired about those who I work with currently is the ability to manage a classroom and make things run smoothly and effortless. I would like to base my kind of teaching style on the teachers that I work with.

Ideally what I would like to have from my day-to-day job is being able to shape young minds and keep them motivated in wanting to finish school and possibly go on to college and achieve a higher education. In terms of what I would like to see is being able to manage students class schedules and trying to accommodate what them and figure out a plan to make sure that students are on track to finish on time.

the skills I have currently is being able to problem solve and be able to work with others seamlessly. I would also say that I have great time management skills and being Bilingual.

one of the skills that I am developing is class management skills. I find it sometimes difficult to manage the class that I am in when it gets to rowdy.

As mentioned above, a skill that I would like to develop is class management, because in the long run it will give me a better understanding of how I should approach teaching if I were to make it my career permanently.

Some knowledge that I currently have is being able to communicate with young children and assessing their level of development and identify tasks that they are able to do on their own compared to tasks that they would require more assistance on.

some of the training that I would like to have as when I start the career that I am interested in is being able to recognize a students individual strengths and weaknesses and determine how can I provide the proper resources to help them reach the goals that are set for them or goals that they would like to reach.

something unique about me that I am a very sociable person. although sometimes I can come off as a shy person, once I start to get out my comfort zone and have a sense of familiarity with a person, I become very interactive with my peers. my cultural background provides a better understanding of those who might have a similar experience as myself. being able to provide guidance to those who might be struggling with something.
