Multicultural and Multilingual Learner

Armando, 9th grade, Hispanic

Armando LOVES boxing and cooking. He wants to be a professional boxer and cook when he grows up. He comes from a Hispanic family and speaks fairly good English. His learning style is kinesthetic and using visuals. He learns best when we do hands on activities because he has to keep himself busy. He has several personality traits. He is athletic, smart, resourceful, outspoken, and can be loud at times. He can become aggressive at times and boxing really seems to help with his aggression.
