         <description><![CDATA[<div>Federal officials are said to be violating Indians and tribes of their rights protected by the federal religious land use and institutionalized persons act of 2000. This law protects religious communities to worship their land without having any burdens from the law. This is an on-going harassment that the Indians of Mahwah are fighting against. </div>]]></description>
