         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>각각의 옥수수 sample을 준비한다.</p></li><li><p>각 sample을 액체질소에 넣었다 뺀 후 막자사발에 갈아 가루로 만든다.</p><p>(protein은 상온에 오래 노출되면 좋지 X)</p></li><li><p>파쇄한 가루를 20ml 1X Protein extraction buffer(RIPA buffer)에 넣는다.</p></li><li><p>10000Xg에서 10분간 centrifuge(4℃) 후 pipette으로 상등액만 취한다.</p></li><li><p>상등액을 차가운 tube에 옮긴 후 protease inhibitor cocktail을 첨가해 -70℃에서 보관한다. </p></li></ol><p><br></p><p>- 단백질은 가능한 저온에서 처리하고 보관한다. (효소활성 억제)</p><p>- 가능한 빠른 시간 내에 처리한다.</p><p>- 장기보존의 경우 동결보존한다.</p><p>- protease inhibitor를 꼭 첨가한다.</p><p>- 적당한 pH에서 보존한다.</p>]]></description>
