Personal and community issues both matter for health .
Health means state of physical mental and social well being , it cannot be something each one of us can achive entirely on our own . The health of all living organisms depends on thier surroundings also ,our social environment is therefore an important factor in our individual health , even our physical environment is decided by our social environment . Public cleanliness is important for individual health . We need food to be healthy ,we need to be happy in order to be truly happy , social equality and harmony are there for necessary for individual health.
Distinction between health and disease free : disease means disturbance in ease means being uncomfortable . We talk of disease when we find a specific or particular cause for discomfort . Simply not being diseased is not the same as being healthy .
Acute and Chronic diseases : acute diseases are those diseases which effects for a short period of time, chronic diseases are those diseases which effects for a long period of time. Acute disease example are cold , cough , etc ; chronic diseases examples are cancer , Tuberculosis, etc . Acute diseases spreads from infected person to a healthy person but chronic diseases will not spread from one person to other .
Infectious diseases : organisms which cause diseases are found ,those are viruses bacteria , fungi and protozoans . some diseases are also caused by multi cellular organisms such as worms of different kinds .
Means of spread : many microbial agents can commonly move from an affected person to someone else in a variaty of ways . They can be communicated and so are also called communicable diseases . Such disease causing microbes can spread through air example common cold , pneumonia , and tuberculosis .
Always prevention is better than cure but if we got it without telling to us 😅 then we have to take treatment so the principal's of treatment are first we have to provide the treatment that will reduce the symptoms . We can take medicines that bring down fever ,etc . We can take bed rest so that we can conserve our energy . Now principal's of prevention are keep our surroundings healthy and hygienic son that no infectious diseases attacks you and always stay away of risks like social distancing ,etc .
Immunisation is a process to increase the power of the immune system to fight the invaders and prevent u from getting ill .
Thank you all stay home stay safe 😃
