This is our village, where is our school.
In our village we separate waste. We separate - paper, plastic, metal, bio waste (from kitchen), municipal waste, glass and we start to separate electric waste. Could you write how is it about your village, town?

Ruma is a little town in the North of Serbia. Nearby our town is National Park Fruška gora, we have an accumulation lake in Borkovac forest and three streams in out town. As we know sometimes wate is separated , but that's not usual thing or good practice. So it would be challange for us to find out what's happening in our school, homes, town with waste and learn what we could do to change that and how to protect nature.

Merkez Primary School is located in Kulu. Kulu is a district of Konya city. Our school is sensitive to waste and it has many seperate recycling bins almost every corner in every floor which makes students feel responsible for it. Hope to widen this sensitivity via this project.

Babadağ is a small town of Denizli. Even though people who live here know something about recycling, waste is not very usual. Schools have only paper recycling bins. There aren’t any other recycling bins. I am sure that we will create this awareness both at our school and town thanks to this project.

In our school, we separate rubbish accordingly: In each class we have 4 rubbish bins. One for plastic, one for paper, one for municipal waste, and one for bio waste. Two people from each class are responsible for taking out the paper and plastic bins to the basement in our school where the rubbish is collected. We don't throw away the bio waste, we put it in our composting place which is placed in the school garden. As for the electric waste, we have a box in the school hallway, where people can put used electric waste which will be taken away and recycled.

We separate rubbish at school and in our town,too.Before classes are bins for separate,so it easy.We have boards with instructions for children about separate of their rubbish,but in our town people do it ,but no all.They must learn about it,so we start at school with new generation and I hope that it will be better then.This is our school where I am English teacher.There are about 790 students.We like eTwinning projects.
