Unfortunately this phenomen is growing and I feel very upset for the poor victims because cyberbullies use popular social media like instagram,facebook or snapchat to post offensive comments and share the victim's photos or videos. Cyberbullies use false names and they post their coments anonymonymosly and you can never be sure who they are . In my view the weakest people are the bullies or cyberbullies because they sometimes have many problems and they pour them on the victims and for me that's not fair. In my case I have never experienced cyberbullying or bullying, but I met a lot of people that experienced it and I feel so sorry about them because they feel so bad . My advice for the victims is to say everything to parents or to an adult. For me this is the most important thing to do. I hope this situation will change because I can't stand bullies' behaviour.

A problem is bullying and cyberbullying, we should follow some rules; for example, we should choose and use the right social media; I use: WhatsApp, to share some messages with my friends, my family and my teachers; I have Instagram, to share some photos and videos; I use snapchat to do some photos, but I don’t share it and I have Tik Tok , Sometimes in this I record some video, but I don’t share it. In this social media I never share my personal information. Another rule is speaking with an adult, so with your parents and with your teachers.

Alice, my friends, is bullying because is a hard-working student, I disagree, with this, so this girl is nicer than other; at the end, Alice showed that she is stronger than her classmates.

I’m not terrified of bullying and cyberbullying, so I’ve a strong personality, but I’m shocked of bullying. In my view this is a wrong action, but the bullies are the problem, not we.

I think bullying is a cruel attitude that bullies have with other Kids. Cyberbullying is the same thing but it happens online. Luckily there is an association in the UK called Diana award, which helps bullies teenagers.
I Think this association is very useful because Kids need to talk and tell how they really feel.

However studies have shown that too much social media can, in fact, make us unhappy.

Thanks to social media, like Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, and others, we can connect with family and friends worldwide. We can also have quick access to information, news, contents on Youtube, for example etcc. Since the beginning of the pandemic, social media has represented the only way to keep in contact with friends and family.

Social media, in fact, can be a good thing, but it has some bad sides too. I think social media itself is not the problem. The problem is how and how often people use it. People, in fact, spend a lot of time on social media, posting photos or videos, checking other posts or notifications, writing comments and this can cause social anxiety, depression etcc. Many studies have shown that the use of social media can also cause addiction.

Social media has reduced the level of human interaction. Today people sometimes isolate themselves and hide behind their online identities and their screens.

Social media can also represent a problem for teenagers who sometimes experience episodes of cyberbullying, which is a new form of bullying through the use of technology or electronic communication.

In my opinion, social media should be used in a safe way, with intelligence and responsibility, without writing negative comments to offend others and posting only appropriate things.

I rarely use social media, I haven’t got any social media profiles, I only use WhatsApp to communicate with my family and friends.
