Last year I did have people to collaborate with, but it was the beginning of our pbj efforts and I felt like a deer in the headlights! The teachers who seemed to have it calmly figured out were not sharing as much with us old-school teachers as we needed them to! It was rough!

There are no CFAs in our school PLC.

I know they want us to focus on CFAs and things like that, but we have other things to coordinate. We aren't given time for that, so we have to take it when we can.
