Yuin Kim began his real estate career with Zwerver in 1994, completing his first development project one year later. The project, a 2-building, 32-unit condominium building known as Garneau Court, currently has an estimated market value of $13 million in Edmonton’s University District. In more recent years, Yuin Kim spearheaded the development of four high-end, multifamily units currently valued at $2.2 million in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Calgary. Located across the street from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), the development caters to young professionals seeking inner city location close to downtown and parents seeking a real estate investment near their children's school. Another of Yuin Kim's more recent projects involves the construction of an ultra luxury four-story building with only four condominium units located along the Bow River.
