         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Break up a larger project into smaller pieces. Make your looming projects more bite sized.<br><br>2. Complete smaller/easier tasks first. If you have a lot of things on your plate, knock out some of the easier stuff quick so you feel less surrounded. Or, do your favorite part of a big project first to help you dive in easier.<br><br>3. Cut out distractions. Turn off your phone if you need to! Go to a computer where you can't play games. Do what it takes to ensure you don't get distracted.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was also interested in learning some about why we procrastinate. Turns out there's a lot of psychology work on the subject. Basically it's a defense mechanism to help us avoid failure or high expectations, but it can also cause a lot of anxiety along the way. I found a bunch of articles about the subconscious reasons for procrastination, but this one had a solid summary and provides a few tips at the end.</div>]]></description>
