In this part of the process, it is very important for us that you collaborate and fulfill short things we give you to do, so we all benefit the most from this experience.

💸 In order for us to be able to keep track on your arrival and departures and organise refundation ASAP, we have created a short travel table and Google Drive folders, that will help us speed up the process. The table should be filled out by you as soon as you can, and on Google Drive Folders, you should add the tickets you have bought. The ones that you did not, you should buy and upload ASAP. No matter if you bought them or not, however, you should fill in the travel form fully, with the info about your travel plan for arriving in Nis and departing to your respective countries. In order for everything to be clear and with the purpose of avoiding misunderstandings, this message is longer in addition, we have created the Instructions on how to fill out the table and the Google Drive folders.

Please, read the information on the presentation carefully and ask questions, in case you have any.

Negative: Speaking when different were presenting was quite disrespectful, we should reflect a bit more and be mindful towards others

Positive: The food is awesome, we liked the activity with giving a prompt and disagreeing/agreeing/staying in the middle. We’re also happy that even tho most of the national teams didn’t have the presentations ready, we managed to create them. People are friendly and talkative which makes it easier to make friends :)

Future: We would appreciate getting more fruits if possible

Quizzes**

11. **Role Play Reflection**

12. **Learning Journals**

13. **Plus/Delta**

14. **Peer Feedback Circles**

15. **Mood Meter**

Let's explore two of these techniques in detail and lead the group through them.

### 1. Graffiti Wall

**Purpose:**

To capture individual thoughts and reflections in a creative and visual manner.

**Materials:**

- Large sheets of paper or a whiteboard

- Markers and pens

**Procedure:**

1. **Introduction:**

Explain to the group that the Graffiti Wall is a space for them to express their thoughts, reflections, and learning outcomes from the workshop in a creative way.

2. **Setting Up:**

Put up the large sheet of paper on a wall or use a whiteboard. Ensure everyone has access to markers or pens.

3. **Prompting:**

Provide some prompts to guide their reflections. Examples include:

   - What did you learn today that you didn't know before?

   - How will you apply what you've learned in your daily life?

   - What was the most surprising thing you discovered?

4. **Activity:**

Encourage participants to write, draw, or doodle their responses on the wall. They can use different colors and styles to express themselves.

5. **Sharing:**

Once everyone has contributed, invite participants to walk around and read others' contributions. Allow some time for discussion and sharing of thoughts.

6. **Conclusion:**

Summarize the key themes and insights that emerged from the Graffiti Wall. Highlight the diversity of perspectives and encourage participants to think about how they can take these reflections forward.

### 2. Two Stars and a Wish

**Purpose:**

To provide structured feedback that is both positive and constructive.

**Materials:**

- Sticky notes or index cards

- Pens

**Procedure:**

1. **Introduction:**

Explain the concept of "Two Stars and a Wish" to the group. Each person will share two positive aspects (stars) and one area for improvement or something they wish had been different (wish).

2. **Pairing Up:**

Pair participants or create small groups to discuss their reflections.

3. **Activity:**

Each person takes a turn to share:

   - Two things they enjoyed or found valuable in the workshop.

   - One thing they wish had been different or an area they would like to see improved.

4. **Sharing:**

After discussing in pairs or small groups, come back together as a whole group. Invite volunteers to share their "Two Stars and a Wish" with everyone.

5. **Recording:**

Collect the sticky notes or index cards with the feedback. You can display them on a board or table for everyone to see.

6. **Conclusion:**

Review the feedback, focusing on common themes and actionable suggestions. Acknowledge the positive aspects and discuss how the constructive feedback can be used to improve future workshops.

These techniques not only help assess learning outcomes but also promote self-reflection and constructive feedback among participants, creating a supportive learning environment.

Starting question

Sure! Here are two simpler and easy-to-implement evaluation and reflection techniques for youth workshops:

1. **"Two Stars and a Wish":**

   - **Description:** Participants provide feedback by identifying two things they enjoyed or learned ("stars") and one thing they wish could have been different or improved ("wish").

   - **Process:**

     1. Give each participant a piece of paper or an index card.

     2. Ask them to write down two positive aspects of the workshop (the stars) and one suggestion for improvement (the wish).

     3. Collect the papers and read some of the stars and wishes aloud (anonymously) to the group.

     4. Facilitate a brief discussion on the common themes and suggestions for improvement.

   - **Outcome Assessment:** Assess learning outcomes by noting the positive aspects that participants highlight. Identify areas for improvement based on their wishes.

2. **"Reflective Circle":**

   - **Description:** Participants sit in a circle and take turns sharing one key takeaway or memorable moment from the workshop.

   - **Process:**

     1. Arrange chairs in a circle and have all participants sit down.

     2. Start the reflection by sharing your own key takeaway or memorable moment.

     3. Go around the circle and invite each participant to share their thoughts.

     4. Encourage everyone to listen respectfully and thank each participant for their contribution.

   - **Outcome Assessment:** Assess learning outcomes by listening to the key takeaways and memorable moments shared by participants. This promotes self-awareness as participants reflect on what stood out to them.

These techniques are straightforward, require minimal materials, and are effective in gathering feedback and promoting reflection.

### Guide to Maintaining a Positive Online Presence

#### Introduction

In today's digital age, our online activities leave a footprint that can have significant impacts on both personal and professional aspects of our lives. A negative digital footprint can lead to missed job opportunities, damaged relationships, and a tarnished reputation. This guide provides practical tips to help you maintain a positive online presence, ensuring your digital footprint works in your favor.

#### Section 1: Understanding the Impact of a Negative Digital Footprint

Personal Life

- Reputation Damage: Embarrassing or inappropriate posts can lead to negative judgments from friends, family, and acquaintances.

  - Example: A post with offensive language or inappropriate images could lead to alienation from social circles.

- Identity Theft: Sharing too much personal information can make you a target for identity theft.

  - Example: Posting your home address or birth date could give malicious actors the information they need to impersonate you.

Professional Life

- Job Opportunities: Employers often review candidates' online presence during the hiring process. Negative content can lead to losing job offers.

  - Example: A hiring manager finds offensive tweets or controversial opinions on your social media, deciding not to proceed with your application.

- Professional Relationships: Colleagues and clients may view your online behavior, impacting their perception of you and potentially harming professional relationships.

  - Example: A LinkedIn post criticizing your previous employer might make potential clients or colleagues wary of working with you.

#### Section 2: Tips for Maintaining a Positive Online Presence

1. Be Mindful of What You Share

- Think Before You Post: Consider the long-term impact of your posts. Ask yourself if it's something you’d want your employer or family to see.

  - Example: Before sharing a controversial opinion, consider if it could affect your relationships or job prospects.

2. Regularly Audit Your Online Presence

- Google Yourself: Search for your name and see what comes up. This helps you understand what others see when they look you up.

  - Example: Discovering and addressing an old blog post with outdated or harmful views.

3. Strengthen Privacy Settings

- Social Media Privacy: Adjust your privacy settings on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to control who can see your posts.

  - Example: Making your Instagram profile private so only approved followers can view your content.

4. Create Professional Content

- LinkedIn Profile: Maintain an updated and professional LinkedIn profile showcasing your skills, experiences, and achievements.

  - Example: Regularly post industry-related articles or thoughts to demonstrate your expertise.

5. Be Authentic but Professional

- True Self: While it’s important to be authentic, balance it with professionalism, especially on public platforms.

  - Example: Sharing your hobbies or interests in a manner that portrays you positively.

6. Remove or Hide Negative Content

- Clean Up: Delete old posts that could be seen negatively. If deletion isn’t possible, consider hiding them from public view.

  - Example: Removing an old tweet that contains insensitive jokes.

7. Use Positive Keywords

- SEO Practices: Use positive keywords related to your profession and interests in your online profiles and posts.

  - Example: Including terms like “DevOps expert” or “cybersecurity enthusiast” in your LinkedIn bio.

8. Engage Positively with Others

- Constructive Interactions: Engage in positive and constructive interactions online. Avoid arguments or negative discussions.

  - Example: Supporting colleagues’ posts or engaging in professional discussions in a respectful manner.

#### Section 3: Sharing Tips and Experiences

Encourage Participation

- Share Your Tips: Encourage others to share their tips and experiences in maintaining a positive online presence.

  - Example: “I found that regularly updating my LinkedIn profile and engaging with industry posts has significantly improved my professional connections.”

Learning from Each Other

- Community Learning: Create a platform (like a forum or a Slack channel) where participants can discuss and learn from each other’s experiences.

  - Example: “Has anyone faced a challenge in managing their digital footprint? How did you overcome it?”

Regular Check-Ins

- Periodic Reviews: Regularly review and discuss best practices for maintaining a positive online presence.

  - Example: Monthly meetings where participants share new tips and review their online presence together.

#### Conclusion

Maintaining a positive online presence is crucial in today’s interconnected world. By being mindful of what we share, regularly auditing our online footprint, and engaging positively with others, we can ensure our digital persona works in our favor. Sharing tips and experiences with peers can further enhance our collective knowledge and strategies for a positive online presence.

Remember, your online footprint is a reflection of you—make it a positive one.

Here's a simple explanation for quantum computers:

Quantum computers are a new type of computer that use the principles of quantum mechanics to perform calculations. Traditional computers use bits, which are like tiny switches that can be either on or off, represented by 0s and 1s. Quantum computers, on the other hand, use quantum bits, or qubits, which can be in multiple states at the same time thanks to a property called superposition. This allows quantum computers to perform many calculations simultaneously, making them potentially much faster than traditional computers for certain types of problems, like factoring large numbers or simulating complex molecules. Additionally, quantum computers can also take advantage of another quantum property called entanglement, which allows qubits to be connected in a way that the state of one qubit instantly affects the state of another, no matter the distance between them. This could lead to even more powerful and efficient computations in the future.

make it a short lesson

ChatGPT

Absolutely! Here's a short lesson on quantum computers:

Lesson: Quantum Computers

Introduction: Quantum computers are a cutting-edge technology that harnesses the power of quantum mechanics to perform complex calculations. Unlike traditional computers that use bits to process information, quantum computers use quantum bits, or qubits.

Key Concepts:

Qubits: Quantum bits, or qubits, are the basic units of information in quantum computing. Unlike classical bits, which can be either 0 or 1, qubits can exist in multiple states simultaneously thanks to a property called superposition.

Superposition: Superposition allows qubits to be in multiple states at once. This means that a quantum computer can perform many calculations simultaneously, vastly increasing its processing power compared to classical computers.

Entanglement: Entanglement is another fundamental property of quantum mechanics. It allows qubits to become interconnected in such a way that the state of one qubit instantly affects the state of another, regardless of the distance between them.

Applications:

Cryptography: Quantum computers have the potential to break traditional cryptographic algorithms, making them invaluable for secure communication and data encryption.

Optimization Problems: Quantum computers excel at solving optimization problems, such as finding the most efficient routes for delivery trucks or optimizing financial portfolios.

Drug Discovery: Quantum computers can simulate the behavior of molecules and proteins with unprecedented accuracy, accelerating the drug discovery process and potentially leading to the development of new treatments for diseases.

Conclusion: In summary, quantum computers leverage the principles of quantum mechanics to revolutionize computation. Their ability to process vast amounts of information simultaneously and solve complex problems has the potential to transform industries and drive scientific breakthroughs in the years to come.
