1. We need to work on not interrupting eachother, by respecting each person's time to speak, and not talking over eachother. Another thing we could do is answer qestions completely before moving on to the next topic.
We can also work on having everyone speak an even amount of times, or at least close to equal, so no one is dominating or shirking away from the converstion.
