-The two characteristics that are important to me are Open minded and Inspirational.
It takes a lot of experience and knowledge to inspire other people.
I think being inspirational  is learned characteristics.After learning how to be a good person, then one learns how to encourage other people.
This characteristic, can be strengthen because the more we learn, the better we are.When we have confidence in ourselves, then we can inspire others.
Being open minded is a learned behavior because as humans , we are always so quick to judge others. But with experience and over time , one begins to realize that it is good to have an opened mind when listening to others or when addressing issues. As humans we learn everyday and being open minded ,can help one learn more from other people.
These characteristics can be strengthen because the more we listen to others, the more we learn new ideas.
